Bhubaneswar: Former Kendrapara MLA Utkal Parida joins BJD. Utkal Parida, who resigned from BJP and Congress leader Pramod Jena, who quit the party yesterday, join BJD after they were denied tickets from their respective parties .Parida joined the BJD along with hundreds of his supporters in the presence of BJD supremo and Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik and other party leaders.
