Bhubaneswar : In a major development, Odisha Municipal Laws (Amendment) Bill, 2021 was passed in Odisha Assembly monsoon session on Tuesday, capping the reservation quota within 50 percent for SC, ST and OBC in the urban local bodies and also in 3-tier panchayati raj bodies was introduced in the legislature.
