The India Meteorological Department (IMD) regional center has advised fishermen in Odisha to refrain from venturing into the sea for the next three days due to swell waves caused by norwesters. Meteorological Centre, Bhubaneswar forecasts thunderstorms and rain in 19 districts today due to the norwester effect.
