Talcher: Miscreants lock up Talcher MLA Braja Kishore Pradhan, set his car and camp office at Nandira village on fire late on Saturday night. Two cars & one motorcycle gutted in the incident. MLA wasn’t present at the residence during the time of the incident. Cops launch investigation .
