Maharashtra Governor appoints Uddhav Thackeray as Maharashtra CM, Oath taking on 28 November

Mumbai:Maharashtra Governor appoints Uddhav Thackeray as Maharashtra Chief Minister. Uddhav Thackeray to be administered oath of Chief Minister of Maharashtra on 28th November at Shivaji Park at 18:40 by Governor.

Maharashtra Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari writes to Uddhav Thackeray stating,”as requested today orally,the oath of office&secrecy would be administered to you on Thursday, 28 November at 1840 hours at Shivaji Park, Dadar, Mumbai.”

Maharashtra governor gives Uddhav Thackeray time till Dec 3 to hand over letter showing majority support.

Aaditya Thackeray, Shiv Sena after meeting Maharashtra Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari: He (Governor) gave us his time today, and the chance to form government. We want to work for the people and provide a stable government to the state.
