Bhopal: Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan today planted Akash-Neem sapling in Smart City Park. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan plants a sapling every day in fulfillment of his resolve. Akash Neem has ayurvedic and medicinal value. It is capable of protecting against many types of bacteria. The leaves falling from its tree do not allow mosquito larva to flourish due to their medicinal properties. It is also anti-fungal. Apart from India, Akash Neem is also found in Burma and Malaya. Its flowers bloom twice a year, it is fragrant like jasmine. Former minister Shri Umashankar Gupta was also present at the time of planting of the sapling.
