ISRO Plans Study of Apophis Asteroid During Close Earth Encounter in 2029

Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) Chairman S. Somnath has announced that the Indian space agency will conduct a study of the Apophis asteroid when it passes closest to Earth in 2029.
