Bhubaneswar: Retired IAS officer Hrusikesh Panda named chairman of the experts’ committee of Union Tribal Affairs Ministry. The committee will look into the Forest Rights Act 2006, which was enacted to protect the rights of Scheduled Tribes and other traditional forest dwellers.
