Sujanpur: Chief Minister Shri Virbhadra Singh, while on two day visit to Hamirpur district laid foundation stones and dedicated several projects to the people of the area.
Chief Minister inaugurated Rs. 8.68 crore sewerage scheme for Sujanpur, inaugurated the Lift Water Supply Scheme (LWSS) Patlander-Kashiri Mahadev-Chamiana-Doohak-Chabootra completed with an outlay of Rs. 12.15 crore to benefit a population of around40,000 and also inaugurated augmentation of LWSS Jhaniara-Bassi completed with an outlay of Rs. 81.87 lakh.
He also inaugurated Primary Health Centre at Utpur completed with an outlay of Rs.89 lakh, inaugurated Rs. 97 lakh newly constructed police post building at Bhawani in Taunidevi and a footbridge on Ghaon-da-Nallaha at Jhaniara completed with an outlay of Rs 55.50 lakh.
Shri Virbhadra Singh also laid foundation stone of veterinary hospital building at Sujanpur to cost Rs 58 lakh, foundation stone of town hall at Sujanpur to cost 3.46 crore, foundation stone of a bridge over Pung Khud on Khaih Thalkana road to cost Rs 2.23 crore, foundation stone of 33 KV sub-station at Onsla to be completed with a cost of Rs. 7.55 crore.
