Kaniha: A team of doctors and para medical staff of NTPC Kaniha hospital led by Dr R K Mishra ,CMO was today released to report at NTPC Eastern Region II Region Headquarter ,Bhubaneswar. The team assigned for Fani Cyclone Medical Relief by NTPC. After reaching Bhubaneswar, the medical team will report to different places of relief as directed.
The team of doctors with essential medical accessories and medicines in a vehicle was dispatched by flagging off by Chief General Manager, Ramesh Babu V in presence of N S Rao ,GM(O&M) and senior officials.
NTPC Kaniha took the first initiative to send a medical team as relief to the effected people from Fani Severe Cyclone, which has created huge damage in coastal region of Odisha including Capital Bhubaneswar. The team included Dr.D R Soren ,Dr Jugant Kishore ,Dr J Satpathy & two pharmacists.
The station plans to send another medical team in the coming days for medical support to the people suffering from cyclone.
