Baripada: The district administration has completed all preparations for the Baripada municipality polls, which is going to take place tomorrow. Additional district magistrate Mr Dolagobinda Nayak said that of the total 64 booths, 18 have been declared as hyper-sensitive while 29 have been identified as sensitive. “Security being the prime concern, adequate police deployment has been made,” he said. As many as six magistrate squads have been formed to look into the law and order situation. Besides the security personnel, about 256 officials have been engaged for the polls duties. The municipality has a total of 57,355 voters including 27,331 female voters. Seventy two electronic voting machines have been provided for the polls, official sources said.
