Puri: After a lot of speculations, the much-awaited construction of chariots for Puri Rath Yatra begins following MHA’s approval. Srimandir administration has been asked to ensure complete adherence to new lockdown guidelines during the work.
SJTA proposes to undertake construction of chariots for Puri RathYatra in 200ft restricted zone; health checkup of over 150 ‘Biswakarma Moharanas’ will be conducted & provision for their accommodation will be made at Bhakta Niwas along with necessary transportation.
Decision regarding holding of the annual car festival will be taken after reviewing the situation at that time says Law Minister Pratap Jena .
