Coal India Limited (CIL) has launched an employee oriented “Meri Company, Mera Gaurav”MahaUtsav – over a month long drive to promote welfare, productivity, production and safety among the workers. This participatory effort is to increase the employee involvement and their participation in these important facets. Chairman, Directors of CIL, CMDs of CIL’s subsidiaries along with trade union representatives shall attend and enthuse the employees in this Utsav. All the subsidiary companies of CIL are successfully conducting the MahaUtsav at the field level with spontaneous employee engagement.
