CM Naveen Pattnaik lays and inaugurates a slew of projects in Jagatsinghpur

Report by Kahnu Nanda; Jagatsinghpur: The state chief minister Naveen Pattnaik on Friday laid and inaugurated at least 29 different developmental projects worth Rs 215 Crore in Jagatsinghpur district through virtual mode.
A cybernetic inauguration function was organized at the district collector office parade ground here and similar in Erasama and Tirtol blocks headquarters.
The state school and mass education minister Samir Ranjan Dash attended the event as a guest accompanying MLAs Prashanta Muduli, Sambit Routray MP Dr Rajashree Mallick and collector S K Mohapatra and officers from different line departments. While state water resources minister Raghunandan Das was presented in the virtual mode in Erasama block office during the inauguration.
According to official information’s revealed that apart from 29 covet projects 11 numbers were inaugurated and 18 new projects were laid foundation stones by Chief Minister. The projects inaugurated of the district tourism office, sub-divisional veterinary office, bridges over Borekina – Suguda road, Lankapada bridge over river Paika, Maa Sarala Market complex, Para dip ITI, special circuit house, oxygen plant in Paradeep Covid hospital,
The projects which were laid foundation stones by Hon’ble Chief Minister reported as a special graveyard, renovation of Gopalsagar tank, an Adarsh Vidyalaya in Agapala, Nagari swish gate construction, Bagadi Swish gate, new building of Jagannath Mahavidyalaya and many others.
District collector S K Mohapatra who was coordinating the virtual mode function at district headquarters extended thanks to chief minister Naven Pattnaik and 5 Ts secretary V Pandian sanctioning a slew of projects for Jagatsinghpur district. [Ends]
