Brutal Acid Attack Reported In Talcher Of Odisha

A brutal crime of acid attack took place where a mentally challenged youth has been attacked with acid in Talcher area of Angul district of Odisha on Saturday.

The survivor is reported of mental instability almost since 20 years.
