Bhubaneswar: With the objective of improving the quality of education and creating a sound ambiance in the schools, the Aditya Birla Group company Aditya Aluminium has conducted a School Support programme at Lapnaga yesterday. This Support to School program was organised at Rengali Girl’s High School in which the Block Education Officer (BEO) of Rengali, Mrs.Jayashree Dora, Mr.Satya Narayan Agrawal, the Vice Chairman, Rengali Block along with the Sr. Manager- CSR of Aditya Aluminium Mrs Sweta Upadhyay and Asst. Manager- CSR, Mr Manoranjan Behera attended the programme. The BEO and the Vice Chairman of the Block profusely thanked the company for this initiative. While informing about this Mrs SwetaUpadhay said that today we have provided 250 desk benches to around 12 schools in our periphery under our CSR programme. We have also plan to provide play materials, school bags, teaching learning aids to school in 6GPs of Rengali block and the very objective is to enable a comfortable learning environment for students and improve school attendance, she added. Among others, Mr.DuryodhanGardia, Ex-MLA, Rengali, Er.Gandhi Behera, Sarpanch, Jangla, Mr.Rajiv Mishra, Block President, SwadhinaEkataParishad,Mr.AntaryamiPadhi, Secy,BayojyosthaNagarikaParishad, BasantNaik, President Baristha Nagarika Parishad, Mr.Sripati Sandha, BJP Leader, Rengali, Mr.Ramakanta Biswal, Journalist ,Argues, Mr.Laxmi Narayan Sahoo, Social worker, Mrs. Kishori Kumari Patra & Asst. Teachers were present in the School Support Programme.
