Bhubaneswar : In a big announcement, the 75th State-level Independence Day celebration will be held at Unit-III Exhibition Ground in Bhubaneswar in presence of limited number of guests and Covid warriors. while, the occasion will be graced by Chief Minister Naveen Pattanik as the chief guest.
