Bhubaneswar: 5T secretary VK Pandian alongwith Skill Development and Technical Education Department’s Secretary Hemant Sharma and other government officials today reviewed the development works at the Odisha University of Technology and Research (OUTR), in Bhubaneswar.
Besides, planning was done on up-gradation of the Bhubaneswar-based government-run College of Engineering and Technology (CET) into a non-affiliating Odisha University of Technology and Research (OUTR) unitary university, he visited OUTR.
