The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi has reiterated support for the fishermen community and has said that work will continue for ensuring better markets and livelihoods for them.
In reply to a tweet by Member of Parliament Shri Ashok Nete, the Prime Minister tweeted :
“आपल्या कष्टकरी मच्छीमार समुदायाला आम्ही कायम पाठबळ देत राहू आणि त्यांना उत्तम बाजारपेठ आणि उपजीविकेची साधने मिळत राहतील हे सुनिश्चित करू.”
