US President #JoeBiden has declared an emergency in #Vermont in the wake of catastrophic #flooding in the state.
White House said in a statement that Biden has ordered federal assistance to supplement the northeastern state and local response efforts due to the emergency conditions in the areas affected by flooding beginning on Sunday and continuing.
