Senior BJD Leader of Sambalpur Er.Siddharth Das,Raised various proposals for the development of Sambalpur District

Sambalpur: On 4th June 2019,Shri.Siddharth Das, Senior BJD Leader of Sambalpur & State Secretary of BJD, with a press interaction congratulated people of Odisha for electing Sj.Naveen Patnaik as the Chief Minister of State for record 5th term. He also congratulated Sj.Naveen Patnaik for becoming one of the longest serving Chief Minister of the country. He also expressed his gratitude to him for inducting 6 ministers from western Odisha giving them important portfolios like Finance,Health,Power,Industries including MSME & Micro home,Rural development,Labour,Transport & Commerce,Woman,Child & Mission shakti.

He expressed by entrusting finance to the senior leader of western Odisha Sj.Niranjan Pujari will initiate better budgetary allocation to Western Odisha.Also by entrusting health ministry to one of the well known political leader Sj.Naba Kishore Das has created a hope for the development of VIMSAR Burla to a real autonomous medical institution as well as to a super speciality hospital. He can now fill the vacant doctors & paramedics posts in district head quarter Hospital, Primary health center, community health center of the region.Sj.Sushant Singh, The minister for rural development & labour is expected to import development of the rural area of the region and will create hope for youth in respect to their employment in local industries.Sj.Dibya Shankar Mishra, Hon’ble minister for power & industries is expected to take steps against the irresponsible attitude of WESCO in allowing on uninterrupted, quality power supply as well as improper billings to consumers. He is requested for the downstream industries as well as MSME for the western Odisha.

Shri.Siddharth Das requested Hon’ble Chief Minister Sj.Naveen Patnaik for opening of Commissionarate Police at Sambalpur, rehabilitation of slum dwellers in Sambalpur Municipal Corporation Area through “JAGA MISSION” involving farmers of 12 Panchayats that amalgamated into Sambalpur Municipal Corporation in “KALIA SCHEME”.

He also suggested for land settlement in Burla Area, construction of housing colonies for LIG, MIG by Odisha State Housing Board at Burla, Hirakud and Sambalpur.

He also appealed for including Rengali and Padiabahal in RURBAN SCHEME of Govt of India, with making Rengali a NAC.

He also suggested to include the Tribal dominated Jujumura, Jamankira, Kuchinda and Bamra Block to a special development zone.

There should be minimum support price for minor forest products with a mechanism of purchasing them through Odisha Forest Development Corporation).

He expressed that the Govt will take positive decision on these aspect, in this press interaction along with Shri.Siddharth Das, Sri.Shankar Panda State organizing secretary of BCJD, Sri.Gajendra Bhoi the tribal leader of Sambalpur district are present among other BJD Activists of Sambalpur.
