Bhubaneswar: Odisha government issues guidelines for red, green and orange zones in the State during the extended lockdown period till May 17. As per the guidelines all industrial activities are permitted in rural areas.

In all zones, persons above 65 years of age, persons with co- morbidities, pregnant women, and children below the age of 10 years, shall stay at home, except for meeting essential requirements and for health purposes, as per the National Directives says Odisha govt.

Prohibitions in Red zone: All malls, market complexes and markets in urban areas to remain closed. Intra-district and inter-district plying of buses prohibited. Barber shops, spas and salons should remain closed. 

State Home Department has delegated the powers and simplified the procedure for issue of interstate pass for travel into/out of Odisha. They may apply to Sub Collector/Tahasildar/DCP.
