Bhubaneswar: CM Naveen Patnaik praised the leadership of Sarpanchs in managing COVID19 situation in Ganjam. CM lauded their commitment & dedication which was instrumental in decreasing caseload and increasing the number of recoveries, keeping the district ahead in COVID19 fight.
CM said, Sarpanchs have shown exemplary leadership in managing TMCs, Covid Care Homes & extending cooperation in testing and survey. CM also thanked them for successfully using Collector’s power to impose lockdown & shutdown to contain the spread of COVID19 . CM said he has empowered Panchayats inspired by Biju Babu. CM called the Sarpanchs to continue the good work & asked the Ganjam Administration to extend all possible help to them. CM also called them not to be complacent until the pandemic is completely eliminated.
