Bhubaneswar : In a big breaking, as after two years the Ratha Yatra festival is being celebrated in grand fevour as earlier with participation of devotees, Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik , Governor Pro. Ganeshi Lal and Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan also pulled the Nandigosha chariot of Lord Jagannath in Puri.
