Bhubaneswar: As a part of its CSR activities, the Aditya Birla Group company Aditya Aluminum has taken one step in Infrastructure Development in its plant region at Pitapali and Pandulei village in Sambalpur District in Odisha. The company has constructed a Community Centre at Pitapali and a developed the infrastructure of the Pandulei School which was inaugurated by the Distt. Collector Mr Samaratha Verma very recently in the presence of the COO (Chief Operating Officer) of the Aditya Aluminium, Mr Bibhu Mishra.
While applauding the efforts of the company, the Collector Mr Verma expressed that the Company’s initiatives are praiseworthy and said that the company should do these type of activities more and more which will benefit the localities of the region.
Addressing the gathering, the COO of Aditya Aluminium Mr Bibhu Mishra said that the company is always working for the development of Pitapali village and will also take up several such activities in future. He also discussed with the villagers about the status of the different solar lights which had been distributed by the company in the past.
The Special Land Acquisition Officer Mr Sitansu Tripathy was also present on the occasion and appreciated the efforts of the company in CSR front in the periphery.
Among others the Head of CSR of Aditya Aluminium Mrs Lopa Mishra and Head of Infrastructure Deptt of company Mr Rabindra Tripathy, Asst Manager-CSR Mr Manoranjan Behera were present in the occasion. The above two steps of the company shall definitely benefit the people, One villager said while expressing his gratitude to the company for such initiative.
