Bhopal: Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan planted Saptaparni `Alstoniascholoris’ sapling in Smart Park here today. Member of Parliament from Guna Shri K.P. Yadav was also present on the occasion. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan plants a sapling every day in fulfillment of his pledge. Saptaparni is an evergreen medicinal tree, which has great importance in Ayurveda. It is useful in healing wounds, jaundice, malaria and other ailments.
