New Delhi : In a major development , Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren on Wednesday launched SAHAY (Sports Action toward Harnessing Aspiration of Youth) scheme aimed at nurturing young sporting talents in Naxal affected districts.
CM said “We’ve to create an ambience where no one can lure or misguide our youths.”
