Talcher: Ramesh Babu V, Director (Operations) NTPC Ltd, visited NTPC Talcher Kaniha on 27th and 28th October 2021. Shri K.Srinivasa Rao, Executive Director (Talcher Kaniha) welcomed Shri Ramesh at NTPC Talcher Kaniha along with other senior officials of the Station.
Director(O) Shri Ramesh, visited the Control Room, the track hopper site, mines and the FGD site, along with the officials of NTPC Talcher Kaniha. Further, during the Station review meeting in the presence of Shri K.Srinivasa Rao and General Managers, the Director(O) expressed his happiness over the work being done by NTPC Talcher Kaniha and also gave necessary guidelines.
Thereafter, Sh. Ramesh chaired an interactive meeting with the Heads of Department & senior officials of NTPC Talcher Kaniha and also with the Union and Association. He praised the efforts of the Station and appreciated the work culture of NTPC Talcher Kaniha and also lauded the commendable efforts.
The visit concluded with tree plantation by Shri Ramesh Babu V, Shri K.Srinivasa Rao, and other guests present. Shri Rao expressed his gratitude to the Director (Operations) NTPC Ltd for his visit to NTPC Talcher Kaniha.
