Puri: International Sand Artist Mr. Manas Kumar Sahoo congratulated Delhi’s Chief Minister Shri Arvind Kejriwal for his overwhelmed victory once again through his sand art. To celebrate the victory, Mr. Manas Kumar Sahoo built his(Mr.Arvind Kejriwal’s) sculpture about 15ft wide using 15 tonnes of sand. To make this sculpture it took him nearly 5 hours.
