Bhubaneswar : ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel India (AM/NS India) has rolled out 24×7 Advanced Life Support (ALS) Ambulance service at Koira block in Sundergarh district of Odisha.
The new Advanced Life Support ambulance is equipped with all modern life saving equipment like ventilators, suction machines, nebulizer, etc. to attend medical emergencies of critical patients. The community residing in Kalmong, Ghoraburhani and Sagasahi villages will be benefitted with the ALS ambulance service. It is believed that more than 1000 lives will be impacted with this service.
Ms. Pallabi Raj, BDO, Koira flagged off the ambulance service on March 30, 2022 in presence of Sri Abhishekh Kumar, Executive officer, PWD, Koira, Sri Vikas Yadvendu Head-CSR, AM/NS India, Sri L D Babu, Manager-Mines, Sagasahi, AM/NS India and Sri Jitesh Rath, Lead CSR, AM/Ns India.
Ms. Pallabi Raj, BDO, Koira thanked the CSR team of AM/NS India for rolling out the ALS ambulance service at Koira. She also said that with this launch of advanced ambulance service, critical patients will now avail immediate medical assistance and thus saving human lives.
Sri Vikash Yadvendu, Head-CSR, said, “AMNS India is committed towards all round development of the community in our areas of operation. This Advanced Life Support ambulance service is another step in this direction. It will cater the immediate need of the patients and save precious lives”.
