All India Domestic Workers Survey undertaken by Labour Bureau : Rameswar Teli

The Minister of State for Labour and Employment, Shri Rameswar Teli in a written reply to a question in Lok Sabha today informed that the Labour Bureau, an attached office of the Ministry of Labour & Employment, has undertaken an All India Domestic Workers Survey by collecting information from the selected household across States and UTs including Maharashtra.

In the written reply it was stated that the All India Survey on Domestic and Migrant Workers has been conducted by selecting the sample households based on multi stage sampling design. The field works of All India survey on Domestic Workers is at final stages and the identity of the respondent households is never revealed and the results are released based on aggregation of numbers only.
