Adani Foundation celebrated 22nd foundation day with the Special Children

Bhadrak: Adani Foundation, the CSR wings of Adani Group of Companies established in 11th August 1996. Having its presence in 18 states of India, the foundation is striving to bring improvement in quality of life of marginalized and backward community on Education, Community Health, Sustainable Livelihood, Community Infrastructure Development and Natural Calamity.

On the eve of 22nd foundation day, Adani Foundation at Adani Dhamra Port, Bhadrak, Odisha celebrated the day with the Special Children of Vijaya Binapani Helen Keller Special School for Girls, Langudi, Bhadrak and Yogiraj Laxman Sishu Ashram, Dola Sahi, Bhadrak. The special children celebrated the day with cutting of cake and participating in Song, Drawing and Dance competition. A free health check-up with medicine distribution camp was also organized for over 150 students of both the schools – Blind, Def, Dumb and Orphan through the Mobile Health Care Unit run by the foundation in 3 block of Bhadrak district in collaboration with HelpAge India.

The foundation supported the resident children of this two school with blankets, water bottle, water purifier as a token of gift from Adani Foundation on the occasion. The winner of the competitions were awarded with prizes.
