31 people were died in lightening and rain related incidents in Bihar; CM announced ex-gratia

Patna: 31 people were died and 11 people injured in lightening and rain related incidents in 07 districts of the state.

Chief Minister Nitish Kumar announced an ex-gratia of rupees four lakh to the next of the kin of the deceased.
