Sri Sri University organised the art exhibition Impressions 2.0

Bhubaneswar: Impressions 2.0, the art exhibition organised by Department of Visual & Performing Arts and BFA Animation & New Media held from 27th September 2018 was visited and blessed by the presence of His Holiness Sri Sri Ravishankar ji on 29th September 2018. The exhibition began by welcoming our chief guest Gurudev and the guest of honour, President and vice Chancellor of Sri Sri University Mrs. Rajita Kulkarni Bagga and Prof. Nand Lal. The main theme of the exhibition was Unity in Diversity.
Getting inspired from the world-wide peace theme and the need of Vasudev Kutumbakam, this exhibition was made to attract the attention of all the artists worldwide that aim to unite the world and create an impact of love, as our pujya gurudev aspires. Right from a young age, the children of India, the 7th largest country in the world which is known for the diverse culture and tradition, are taught to love and respect various cultures and traditions. Portraying these ideas, customs and social behaviours, the students have projected works from the traditions of ancient Indian art.
When Vasudev Kutumbakam unites with the cultural diversity of India, a new visual impression is formed that connects the soul and the art together.
The exhibits move on to create a diverse impact with their strong animated imageries that gives a freedom for creativity to go sky high and never stop. Various forms of advertising, photography, typography, drawing, painting and short movies were also exhibited to give the world a background perspective of how the daily life designs are constructed.
The exhibition will go on up to 2nd October 2018 and will blossom to its fullest and give the souls its peace and creativity to enjoy this very imagery of imagination.
