Bhubaneswar: Amway India, the largest direct selling company of India and a wholly owned subsidiary of Amway USA, has been conferred with the “Best Direct Selling Company Award” in Bhubaneswar recently at the UCCI Expo, 2017. Utkal Chamber of Commerce & Industries (UCCI), the apex chamber in the state of Odisha has recognized the company for its significant contribution in the area of entrepreneurship and women empowerment in the state during the recently concluded UCCI Expo, 2017.
Shri. Kalraj Mishra, Hon’ble Union Minister, Ministry of MSME, Govt. of India presented the prestigious Best Direct Selling Company Award in the MSME category to Amway India. Shri Jual Oram, Hon’ble Union Minister, Ministry of Tribal Affairs, Govt. of India and Shri L.N. Gupta, IAS Principal Secretary, MSME Department, Govt. Of Odisha were present on the occasion.
Speaking on the occasion, Anshu Budhraja, General Manager, Amway India, said, “This award is a testimony to our commitment to creating employment opportunity in the state and providing world class products to our valued consumers and direct sellers.”
