Students of OP Jindal School, Angul Shine in CBSE Class X & XII: 100% Pass in First Class

Report by Odisha Diary bureau, Angul: Leading English medium school of Angul district OP Jindal School, a Senior Secondary School for Science and Commerce, recorded spectacular 100 per cent pass in 1st Division in the CBSE Class X & XII 2016 Board examination. Out of 32 students of class-X, a record number of 8 students secured CGPA-10, 11 scored CGPA 9 -9.9,  9 secured CGPA 8-8.9, 2 bagged CGPA 7 – 7.9 and 2 are placed in CGPA 6.4 – 6.9; all in 1st Division.
In class- XII too all the 10 students have passed in first Division with the topper Ms. Mahashweta Chatterjee (92% ), Ms Reshmi Kar (90.2%) and Ms Angha Gupta (86.8%) respectively securing 1st , 2nd and 3rd position in the school.
Congratulating on such a brilliant performance of the students, JSPL Angul Location Head, Executive Director and Chairman of SMC Mr. D. K. Saraogi, said “This result is only the reflection of hard work and discipline of our students, school staff and its management committee. I wish their bright future and hope these pupils will definitely do well in their future endeavour”.
Mr. Chhanda Charana Das, the Principal was overwhelmed with the spectacular result and congratulated the teachers, students and their Parents for their committed endeavour and expressed his confidence that this result would undoubtedly motivate the students and parents prefer to join O.P. Jindal School in class-XI Science and Commerce streams.
