Bhopal : The Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan in his message to the Police Officers-Employees said that in this hour of Corona crisis our police personnel are setting a new example of conscientiousness. They are serving the public day and night by risking their lives. Along with strictly enforcing the lockdown, they are ensuring supply of essential commodities to the public and are helping them in every possible way. Our police personnel even in adverse circumstances are serving the disabled and elderly people, feeding the hungry by leaving their families behind and presenting a unique and commendable example of human service.
Will not forget sacrifice of Late Chandavanshi and Pal
Shri Chouhan said that some unfortunate incidents have made him very upset. He said that he becomes emotional when he remembers great warriors of Corona late Shri Devendra Chandravanshi and Shri Yashwant Pal. We will never forget their sacrifice. Shri Chouhan said that these heroes laid down their lives in the line of duty. The government will give Rs. 50 lakh Samman Nidhi to each family, government job to a member of the family, extraordinary pension to the families (full salary till the date of retirement) and will honour them with Karmaveer medal.
Karmveer Samman to Police personnel for remarkable work
The Chief Minister said that we will honour police personnel with Karmveer Medal for remarkable work. Shri Chouhan said that our police personnel should not be under stress, do their duty carefully and keep the atmosphere calm and light. Also be fully conscious of their safety. Use PPE kits while working in high risk areas. The Chief Minister told the police personnel that your life is very precious to us.
