Bhubaneswar : After Odisha government announcement of Shopping malls , parks and restaurants to open up in state during the first phase of unlock process, the malls and parks today opened gates for people under strict observance of Covid norms.
Besides, restaurants have been allowed to allow only 50 % customers to dine in and soon from August 5 even film halls will be allowed to operate with 50% viewers.
