Bhubaneswar: The opposition Bharatiya Janata Patry (BJP)  co-incharge Vijay Pal Singh Tomar  announced that the Sambalpur MLA and senior party leader Jayanarayan Mishra will be the leader of opposition in the state Assembly, today.
