Bhubaneswar: Odisha govt issues guidelines in view of Covid pandemic for the month of March 2021. Open-air theatres/jatras permitted to hold shows with strict compliance of Covid protocols & necessary permission from local administration while subjected to a ceiling of 2000 persons.
Marriage, funeral/last rites related gatherings will be allowed in the state with a ceiling of 500 persons, subject to conditions.
