Bhubaneswar: In a big breaking, Dr Nibedita Pani has been appointed as the director of Capital Hospital in Bhubaneswar.
As per an official release, Dr Nibedita Pani will take care of the Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research Institute, the Health Department said in a statement.
