Odisha: 21 KISS Students Bag Jobs in TCS

 

Bhubaneswar: Twenty one students of Kalinga Institute of Social Sciences (KISS) have bagged jobs in TCS through campus placement. All students are pursuing their graduation in Science, Arts and Commerce stream. So many students selected through campus placement from a tribal institution in one attempt, is discussed by corporate world. This success brings cheers among their families, students and tribal community. They thank KISS and said, this success of these students will be helpful for the social and economic development of their family and next generation. Tribal students not only get best education in KISS, but also they are successful in getting jobs in various govt, private and corporate sector. Students of KISS also reach out in world sphere, the tribal said. Congratulating the successful students, Dr. Achyuta Samanta, Founder KIIT and KISS said, tribal students are as intelligent as the students of general category and if good environment and proper guidance are provided to them, they can excel in any field. KISS has provided them beautiful environment and proper and timely guidance of teachers make them successful in every field, he added. Students of KISS regularly qualify for jobs in government, private and corporate sector. KISS students have also cleared various All India Entrance Tests and secured admission in prestigious institutions like IITs, IIMs and NITs. Expressing their pleasure, parents of these students said that their children could get this success only because of proper care of KISS. Earlier 15 students bagged job in multinationals like Cognizant, Infosys, etc..
