Monuments, museums of Madhya Pradesh to be open for visitors from 16th June

Bhopal: Principal Secretary Culture and Commissioner, Archaeology, Archives & Museums Shri Sheo Shekhar Shukla informed that all the state-protected monuments and museums will be opened for visitors from Wednesday, 16 June 2021. Shri Shukla said that keeping in view the situation of infection in the state, the guidelines issued by the district administration on the recommendations of the Central Government, State Government and District Disaster Management Committee from time to time would be strictly followed at these places.

It is noteworthy that according to the order issued on 31 May 2021 of the Directorate, it was decided to keep all the state-protected monuments and museums of the state closed till 15 June 2021 or further orders due to Covid-19 infection.
