Madhya Pradesh CM pays tribute to Shri Arun Jaitley on his second death anniversary

Bhopal: Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan remembered the former Finance Minister of India Shri Arun Jaitley on his second death anniversary. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan paid tribute by garlanding his portrait at his residence today. Expressing his sentiments, Chief Minister Shri Chouhan tweeted that “Shri Jaitley will always be remembered as a man of facts and logic, a skilled speaker and a man of friendship. They used to brainstorm about making the best out of the best. There used to be always a new dream in his eyes. The country lost a priceless gem in the form of Mr. Jaitley two years ago.”

Shri Jaitley was born on 28 December 1952 in Delhi. He traveled from a lawyer to a successful politician. He was the Minister of Finance and Corporate Affairs in the Government of India. Before joining politics, he was practicing law in the Supreme Court. Health did not favor Shri Jaitley and he passed away on 24 August 2019 at the age of 66.
