Puri: International sand artist Sudarsan Pattnaik has been selected for Italian Golden Sand Art Award 2019. The award will be presented during the International Scorrana Sand Nativity at Italy to be held from Nov 13-18
Padma Shri Pattnaik will represent India in the festival, which will be attended by a total of eight sculptors.
