Mumbai: GoAir, India’s most trusted, punctual and fastest growing airline has maintained the reign as the most punctual airline in November 2019, according to the latest data released by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA). The airline has been an ace performer consecutively for 15 months. As per the data released, GoAir registered 67.6% on-time-performance (OTP), the highest among scheduled domestic airlines in November 2019.
During the month, GoAir flew 14.22 lakhs passengers and had 0.6 complaints per 10,000 passengers. The airlines also has one of the highest load factors in November 2019. As per DGCA report, the load factor in November was 92.7% as against 83.1% in October 2019.

GoAir flies to 25 domestic destinations including Ahmedabad, Aizawl, Bagdogra, Bengaluru, Bhubaneswar, Chandigarh, Chennai, Delhi, Goa, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Jammu, Kochi, Kolkata, Kannur, Leh, Lucknow, Mumbai, Nagpur, Patna, Port Blair, Pune, Ranchi and Srinagar. GoAir flies to 8 international destinations, including Phuket, Male, Muscat, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Bangkok, Singapore and Kuwait.
