Bhubaneswar: GMR Varalakshmi DAV Public School at Kamalanga in Dhenkanal district organized “Talent Hunt-2017” to explore, acknowledge and nurture hidden talent among its school students. The school students exhibited and demonstrated around 300 projects, which included science, mathematics, social science, literature, art and culture. Students demonstrated 40 projects in science and 30 projects in mathematics which was eye-catching and learning.
Mr. Srijit Mishra, Head, HR, GMR Kamalanga Energy Limited (GKEL), accompanied with Mr. Sushil Kumar Choudhury, Head (Infrastructure) inaugurated the exhibition and interacted with students on various projects. Mr. Mishra congratulated students for displaying their good projects in the exhibition. “This is a platform where you can show your inner talent though different projects. It will help you to explore new ideas and do better in future. You should keep it up,” he said.
Smt. Ahalyabai Sahoo, Principal, GMR Varalakshmi DAV Public School stressed on the importance of the exhibition and congratulated students for participating in the exhibition.
GKEL has established GMR Varalakshmi DAV Public School at Kamalanga area to provide quality education to the children in Mangalpur and Kamalanga Panchayat in Dhenkanal district. The school has been doing good result since its existence.
