Chief Minister Shri Chouhan has tweeted that we are all committed to build a modern and capable India of the dreams of the gem of India Dr. Hedgewar Ji. The nation will always be indebted for his contribution to the building of new India. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan has quoted Dr. Hedgewar’s thoughts in a tweet, ‘Only a piece of land cannot be called Nation. A nation is created with the culture of people of one thought, ethics, civilization and tradition who have been living since ancient times.’

Dr. Hedgewar was of revolutionary nature since childhood, he hated the British rulers. Dr. Hedgewar founded the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh on Vijayadashami in 1925. Dr. Hegdewar was of the opinion that due to the distinction of caste, creed and untouchability, we became unorganised and weak. As a result, we had to lose at the hands of a handful of robbers. Had to bear the curse of slavery. Along with strengthening the nation, his top priority included making the society organised, disciplined and powerful.
