New Delhi : CEC Rajiv Kumar pays tribute to Shyam Saran Negi, India’s first voter, who passed away today at the age of 106.
“On November 2nd, he fulfilled his duty by taking ECI’s facility of voting from home. This devotion to duty should be an example for young voters,” he tweeted.
