Bhubaneswar and New Delhi special train will run from May 13

Bhubaneswar: With the Indian Railways announcing to resume partial service, a special train will run between Bhubaneswar and New Delhi from May 13.

The train would provide service daily and have stoppages at Cuttack, Bhadrak, Baleswar, Hijli (Kharagpur), Tatanagar Junction, Muri, Bokaro Steel City, Gomoh Junctionn, Koderma, Gaya, Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya Junction and Kanpur Central, official sources said.

Booking for reservation will start at 4 pm on May 11 and will be available only on the IRCTC website (https://www.irctc.co.in/). Ticket booking counters at the railway stations would remain closed and no counter tickets (including platform tickets) would be issued.

Only passengers with valid confirmed tickets would be allowed to enter the railway stations. It will be mandatory for the passengers to wear face coverings and undergo screening at departure and only asymptomatic passengers would be allowed to board the train. No food would be served in the train and no blankets or bed-sheets would be provided by the Railways.
